  1. Prohibition of Resale and Sharing: You agree not to sell, resell, share, leak, or trade our purchased vehicles. Any violations will result in legal consequences. All resources are protected by the Escrow system.

  2. Refund Policy: We do not accept any form of refund under any circumstances, as per the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, due to the electronic nature of our products.

  3. Headings: The headings used in this Agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

  4. Price Errors: In certain circumstances, if there is a pricing or product information error caused by a typo, we reserve the right to refuse orders that use the incorrect price. You will need to pay the correct price.

  5. Price Changes: The price of our products is subject to change without notice.

  6. Descriptions and Images: We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and display colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all images on the website are accurate on your computer monitor display.

    We do not guarantee that the quality of all our products you purchased will meet your expectations.

Limitations on Webstore Use:

You will not use the Webstore for purposes other than personal and non-commercial purchasing of Products, unless otherwise permitted by this Agreement. You will not sell, rent, lease, license, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer the Webstore to others without our prior written consent.

You will not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, translate, modify, create derivative works, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code contained in or related to the Webstore.

You may only purchase Products from the Webstore if you are at least 16 years old.

Ordering Process:

All sales through the Webstore will be processed via the Tebex payment platform. Payment methods, delivery times, taxes, and fees are set by Tebex. Once the order is completed, your resources will be on your keymaster.

All orders will be subject to these Terms in addition to any terms and conditions of the game publisher in question and the terms of any ancillary service provided to you that is related or necessary to use the Product purchased. In the event of a conflict between any of the aforementioned terms and conditions, these Terms will prevail.
